Editorial policy

Editorial Policy

Our editorial policy keeps digital services reviews grounded in delivery evidence, practical buyer fit, and transparent commercial disclosure.

Our standards

The Internet Consultancy reviews are guided by four principles: evidence before claims, buyer fit before popularity, support and ownership before feature lists, and commercial disclosure before outbound links.

What we check

For digital services providers, we evaluate service focus, public proof, delivery model, stakeholder fit, data and asset ownership, support terms, handover quality, pricing posture, and procurement friction.

What we do not do

  • Accept payment for favourable rankings
  • Let affiliate commission rates decide editorial order
  • Publish provider-approved reviews
  • Hide meaningful caveats when a service model is not a fit

Updating our content

We update reviews when provider evidence, pricing posture, service scope, support terms, or market context changes enough to affect a buyer's decision.
